REMOVAL
1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the front bumper assembly
.
2. REMOVE NO. 2 OIL COOLER HOSE
|
(a) Remove the bolt and separate the water by-pass pipe so that the 2 No. 2 oil cooler hoses can be removed.
|
(b) Loosen the 4 clips and remove the inlet No. 2 oil cooler hose and outlet No. 2 oil cooler hose.
3. REMOVE NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE
|
(a) Disengage the claw to open the flexible hose clamp.
|
(b) Loosen the 4 clips and remove the inlet No. 1 oil cooler hose and outlet No. 1 oil cooler hose.
4. REMOVE OIL COOLER TUBE
|
(a) Remove 2 bolts and oil cooler tube.
|
5. REMOVE AIR COOLED OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Remove the 3 bolts and air cooled oil cooler assembly.
|
|
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and oil cooler support bracket.
|
6. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL RH
|
(a) Remove the 2 clips and radiator support to frame seal RH.
|
7. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER AIR DUCT
|
(a) Remove the 4 bolts and remove the No. 1 transmission oil cooler air duct and No. 2 transmission oil cooler air duct.
|
8. REMOVE NO. 2 OIL COOLER TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Remove the bolt and loosen the 2 clips. Then remove the No. 2 oil cooler tube sub-assembly.

9. REMOVE NO. 1 TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSE
|
(a) Loosen the 2 clips and remove the 2 No. 1 transmission oil cooler hoses.
